Return Policy Overview

Domestic Orders:

  • Return Period: You have 15 days from the date of delivery to request a return. An $20 restocking fee will be deducted from your refund for returned items. For orders placed on or after 14 November 2025, returned items are subject to a $20 restocking fee per item. If multiple sizes of the same item are purchased and some are returned, the $20 fee applies to each returned item.
  • Items marked as Final Sale: Any items marked as final sale at the time of purchase are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds.
  • Conditions: Item must be unworn, unused, with tags, and in original packaging.  Proof of purchase is required.
  • Conditions (added Jan 6, 2026): Items returned with any scent, odor, or pet hair will not be eligible for a refund. 
  • Gift with Purchase (GWP), added Jan 6, 2026: Any free Gift with Purchase (GWP) must be returned with the qualifying item and in its original packaging. If the GWP is not returned or is missing original packaging, the retail value of the GWP will be deducted from the refund and/or charged to the customer.
  • Process: Contact us at customersupport@therecycledplanetco.com to initiate a return. Upon acceptance, a return shipping label and instructions will be provided.
  • Note: Items returned without a prior request will not be accepted.

International Orders:

  • You are responsible for the shipping costs of both the return and any replacement item.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

EXCEPTIONS / NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

EXCHANGES

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

REFUNDS

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
