Currently our most recycled garments are 98% - recycled by weight. The remaining 2% are the metal zipper pullers and metal snaps that are on the garment.
Down is recycled by harvesting used down garments or comforters. Therefore, a live animal is never harmed for its down. The reclaimed down is then washed, sanitized, sorted and repacked for use into our jackets.Â
Plastic bottles are collected, broken down, washed and made into small pellets to be melted down into fiber to make polyfill or fabric depending on need. We have partnered up with UNIFI and use their traceable Repreve® polyfills and fabrics to make our Jackets. You can find more information about the process at www.repreve.com.
